My approach to therapy is rooted in meeting individuals where they are, rather than imposing where or how they should be. This humanistic, client-centered approach is based on a strength-based perspective. I firmly believe that clients are the experts in their own lives and that seeking help requires great strength, especially when they are truly ready. While I enjoy working with people of all ages, I have a particular affinity for children, adolescents, and young adults, who represent especially meaningful populations to me. I am committed to being an advocate for those who may feel unheard and playing a supportive role in each client’s journey toward self-improvement. Please know that my office is a safe space where you can express your thoughts and feelings freely, and be vulnerable. I encourage you to be yourself, and if you’re still discovering who that is, I am honored to help you find out!
