Populations: Individuals, Adults

As a therapist, I am committed to creating a compassionate, non-judgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported. I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, and life transitions through evidence-based practices tailored to each person’s unique experience. My therapeutic approach integrates cognitive-behavioral techniques and reality therapy with mindfulness and person-centered principles, fostering both insight and practical change.

With a deep respect for each client’s story, I aim to empower individuals to build resilience, improve emotional well-being, and reconnect with their authentic selves. Whether you’re seeking healing, growth, or greater clarity, I am here to walk alongside you in your journey toward mental and emotional health.

My therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. I believe in meeting people where they are and creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space for exploration and growth. Drawing from evidence-based practices like CBT while also incorporating mindfulness, somatic awareness, and relational work, I help clients better understand their patterns, build coping strategies, and connect more deeply with themselves and others. I view therapy as a partnership—together, we uncover what feels stuck, make meaning of past and present experiences, and develop practical tools to move toward healing, balance, and greater self-compassion.

Hello! I am passionate about trauma work and believe that each person as a whole (mind, body, and spirit) is resilient and can heal from their experiences. I believe that all individuals are the experts in their own lives and have the capacity to authentically live the life they want and deserve.  As a trauma-informed therapist I will meet you where you’re at to support you in your healing journey. I am here as a guide and confidante to provide you with the tools to support you in the process. I take an individualized and integrative approach meaning that each individual is unique, so I tailor my approach to fit your individual needs. I draw from a variety of theories and modalities such as humanistic, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, dialectical behavioral therapy, and other evidence-based practices. I have been privileged to work with people from a wide variety of backgrounds and welcome people from all cultures, genders, abilities, and sexual orientations. I typically work with ages 18 and up.
